Stephen Williams serves as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing for Veritiv. In this role, Stephen leads the company’s corrugated manufacturing and high-graphic visual display operations across North America, with a focus on building a customer-obsessed, performance-driven manufacturing platform that delivers speed, brand impact, and operational excellence.
Stephen has a deep history with Veritiv OPS, beginning his career in 2006 as an Accounting Intern. Over the years, he advanced through roles in IT, marketing, and operations, including Division Manager of the Landsberg New Jersey site and Regional Director of the Northeast Region. His career also included valuable external experience with Pregis, one of OPS’s key suppliers, where he served as President of Pregis Polymask.
Stephen returned to OPS in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer for Orora Visual leading the strategy to drive the turnaround and growth and went on to serve as Vice President of Corporate Development with OPS. In that role, he played a pivotal part in shaping the company’s long-term growth plan, leading manufacturing strategy, and driving mergers and acquisitions across North America.
With deep experience in P&L leadership, strategic growth initiatives, M&A execution, and organizational transformation, Stephen is passionate about building high-performing teams and scaling businesses with purpose.
Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accounting from Belmont Abbey College and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
